The first three cards summarise our quality, health, safety and environment (QHSE) policy.
QHSE: quality
We plan, check and record work so that it meets the specification, with QA/QC oversight on every site. The full policy is available on request.
QHSE: health and safety
We work to a Zero Harm commitment: reduce risk in every activity so that everyone goes home safely. The full policy is available on request.
QHSE: environmental
We aim to limit waste, pollution, noise and disturbance from our work, and we support sustainable design. The full policy is available on request.
Ethics and anti-bribery
We will not offer, pay, ask for or accept bribes, and we expect the same of everyone who works with us. The full policy is available on request.
Data protection
We collect only the personal data we need, keep it secure and respect your rights under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019. The full policy is available on request.
Modern slavery and fair labour
We will not use forced, bonded or child labour. We expect fair pay, safe conditions and respect for every worker, including those of our subcontractors and suppliers. The full policy is available on request.
Ethics and anti-bribery
Our ethics and anti-bribery commitments
We will win and carry out work fairly. We will not offer, promise, give, ask for or accept a bribe or any other improper advantage, in money or in kind. We will not make payments to speed up permits, approvals or inspections.
We will respect fair procurement. We will not seek tender information we are not entitled to, and we will not collude with other bidders on prices or terms.
We will declare any conflict of interest. Gifts and hospitality will be modest, recorded and never linked to a decision. We will keep accurate records of payments, agreements and approvals.
We will expect our execution partners, subcontractors and suppliers to meet the same standards, and we will act if they do not.
