Our approach
Sector knowledge from our partners
Each sector asks different things of a contractor. Hospitals need work around live clinical areas. Campuses work to the academic calendar. Industrial sites run on strict safety rules.
StellarCosmic is the local contracting party and single point of accountability on every project. Our execution partners bring the sector expertise: a design, engineering and project-management partner with more than 30 years on large public, healthcare and education projects, and a construction and specialist building-protection contractor with a long record in the Gulf's demanding climate.
Each sector page sets out what that sector needs from a contractor, the services we offer and our partners' relevant experience.
