Do you take on affordable housing projects?
Yes. We can work with developers and public bodies on affordable schemes. Early design input and value engineering help keep unit costs under control.
Can you hand over blocks in phases?
Yes, where the design and site allow it. We agree the phasing with you at the start, so that finished blocks can be occupied safely while work continues nearby.
What roofing and waterproofing systems do you use?
We choose systems to suit the building and the budget. Options include PVC and FPO membranes, polyurethane and polyurea coatings, and EIFS/ETICS insulated facades.
