Universities and colleges need buildings that take heavy daily use and stay easy to maintain. Much of the work happens on campuses where teaching carries on.
For public and private universities across Kenya, we offer one accountable contract for new teaching blocks, libraries, halls and campus upgrades. Our partners bring design, management and construction expertise from large campus projects.

Noisy and disruptive work is best done in vacations. Programmes must protect term dates and exam periods.
Safe sites beside students
Hoarding, separate walking routes and controlled deliveries keep students and staff away from plant and open works.
Services planned for teaching
Lecture halls, laboratories and libraries need acoustics, ventilation, power and data planned in from the start.
Durable, weather-tight buildings
Roofs, gutters and facades must cope with the long rains (March to May) and short rains (October to December), year after year.

Questions clients ask
Can you work while the campus is open?
Yes. We plan the programme around term dates and exams, and move disruptive work to vacations where possible. Site boundaries, walking routes and delivery times are agreed with the institution before work starts.
Can you build to our own consultants' design?
Yes. We can build to your design team's drawings. We can also take on design-and-build or turnkey delivery, with design support from our partner network.
Do you use Kenyan subcontractors and suppliers?
Yes. We use Kenyan labour, subcontractors and materials wherever possible, with skills transfer from our partners.
How do you price a campus project?
We price each project from the drawings, specification and a site visit. We do not publish standard rates.
